Any amendment/changes in the PO (Purchase Order) by customer can only be done on their written request to us, by only written approval by E2Attach. It’s E2Attach discretion to accept or reject such PO amendment request based on the situation.

It is advised to all but not limited to customers/their representatives, kindly inspect the materials/products/goods at our factory/source/designated location before dispatch, as we are not responsible and give no warranty/guarantee once the product is dispatched. And even we take no responsibility if the product is damaged during transportation. In case of any discrepancies in the above details, final decision will be on E2Attach’s discretion.

We just manufacture, supply the materials/products/goods as per the requirement of customer. Customer knows very well how to handle/use the product. We are not liable/responsible if any type of harm, injury, damage caused/happens to anyone. Our all kind of responsibility ceases once we dispatch the product.

As per the customer commitment & requirement (in written/verbal) during their order processing/manufacturing, we need to spent extra money other than mentioned on their Purchase Order. In this case an additional sample development cost/extra investment cost will be applicable and need to paid by customer to us which will be informed to the customer.

We will make the supplier payment after taking from the foreign customer. It depends on them how much they are giving. And GST return amount will also given back to supplier after getting from the Govt. And deductions may applicable for sure. Supplier need to deliver the products as mentioned in PO; QTY, Quality, delivery time etc. E2Attach will be liable to deduct the amount if QTY, Quality is not matching and also for the delays.

Without our formal written notice, it is advised to the customers/their representatives not to visit the third party location where products are undergoing any special processes.

It is E2Attach’s discretion to allow/show any kind of documents/files/papers/confidential information if anyone/customer/their representatives visit our factory/source/designated location.

We have tied-up with multiple companies/factories based on their capacity for the manufacturing/fabrication of products. And based on the product and situation we will manufacture and deliver the products from any factory which may be informed to customer. Our registered office is not the factory location.

We strictly don’t accept any policies/terms & conditions other than made by us or posted in our website. In this regard, our decision will be final.
